Second-hand goods have been bought from the public outright or items not re-purchased under our "Option to Re-Purchase" service. Every item is checked on purchase. We do not handle anything faulty or with major damage, and any known imperfections are pointed out before sale. Both Graded and Second-hand goods have a minimum 60 day guarantee.

This can be either by buying from you outright or you may choose to sell with the Option to Re-Purchase service described below.
We will only purchase goods that we can easily sell and they must be in good working condition with instructions and remote control if applicable.

Rather than sell your goods to us outright, you can sell to us with the Option to Re-Purchase them within 28 days. There is a charge for this service.

In this way you can raise an amount of cash against the goods to tide you over a temporary cash flow shortage, but you retain the right to buy them back at an agreed price at a later date. However, if you do not excercise your option to re-purchase by the agreed date then WE WILL SELL the goods.

It follows therefore that we will only purchase goods that we can easily sell and they must be in good working condition with instructions and remote control if applicable.
